I will be doing pop-up cafe at various venues around Bristol, where you will be served a 3 course fantastic vegan meals.

Age-dashi Tofu (Deep fried battered tofu piece, soaked in Shitake dashi)

Nasu-Miso (Aubergine cooked in sweet miso sauce)

Refreshing Carrot Lemon Salad

Various Sushi

Homemade Sesame Tofu

Kakiage (Mixed Vegetable tempura) on a bed of rice

Miso Soup

 

<Dessert>

Matcha (green tea) cake with Sweet Aduki Bean

Fruit Kanten (Gelly)

Dango (sticky rice ball) coated with Kinaoko (ground soy bean)
